Beginning
Driving Day Clinic:
Held at Copper Crest
Farm. Plenty of
supervised hands-on experience
with harnessing, hitching, and
driving. Detailed
discussion of safety and of
harness function and
adjustment. Instructor:

Three Days Driving:
Held at Copper Crest Farm.
Opportunities to drive single,
pair, tandem, 3-abreast, unicorn
and four-in-hand. Open to
beginners or more advanced
drivers. Instructor: Pam

Equine Assisted
Professional Development
Event:
Held at Crump’s Mill, Quinton,
VA. An experiential program
based on ground-work with the
horse. Experience personal
and/or team development through
the wisdom & self-reflection
mirrored by the horse. No
riding involved. Facilitated
by: Pam Umberger, Cheryl Bess,
& Tom Davidson
Equine
Assisted Personal Development
Women's Retreat:
Held at Copper Crest Farm. A
Mirror Horse program for
women. Interaction with the
horse will provide a unique
opportunity to explore
self-awareness both emotionally
& physically. No riding
involved. Facilitated by:
Pam Umberger, Cheryl Bess, &
Pat Farrell
Youth
Riding Day Camp:
Held at Copper Crest Farm.
For ages 7-12 years old.
Bring your own lunch and
enjoy our Equestrian Day Camps
with horseback riding and equine
activities for all levels and
abilities! We have a lot of
summer fun! Teen &
Adult Riding Day Camp:
Held at Copper Crest Farm.
For ages 13 years old &
up, including Adults. Same
fun as our other Equestrian Day
Camps, except geared toward teens
and adults - bring your own lunch
and enjoy horseback riding and
equine activities.
All levels and
abilities welcomed!
Pre-registration
and good-faith deposit are
required for all driving
clinics. Family
discounts offered.
Private instruction can be
arranged. Clinics are
offered for groups, clubs,
or individuals and are
conducted at Copper Crest
Farm or at another
location with prior
arrangements.
Pricing will vary with the
type of clinic requested.

the horse and

rider/driver.
Pam specializes
in
working
with
riders
and
their horses,
building
self-confidence
with
timid
horsemen and
horsewomen.
She will
work and train
your horse
while you
observe.
Pam will then
help you use
the same
techniques
with the
horse, which
you can then
continue to
use and build
upon.
